We will be harvesting on Wednesday. Lucy is tasting to make sure they are sweet enough. Our Blanc du Bois grapes have a peachy taste, we will probably pick around 8 tons this year. We will be selling them all to Haak Winery, which is outside of Houston. Blanc du Bois wine has a crisp refreshing taste with peach and citrus overtones, produced dry, it reminds me of Sauvignon Blanc, produced sweet, the way Texans like wine, it is fruity and bright. We like to drink it on hot summer nights, refreshing.
