Happy Days Are Here Again!

We are back on track and I'm feeling much happier. I find the act of writing or typing my frustration gives me such clarity and somehow rids my mind of whatever is bothering me. Amazing. Back to compassion, understanding and having fun! Yippee!

Lucy and I have been playing the pulling game, we have a long rope where I pull her into me and I give her big huge hugs and she gets a little air, we do this over and over, she gets alot of contact and she also pulls me which gives her power, I got this simple idea from Playful Parenting by Lawrence J. Cohen PhD. This little book was an eye opener for how important play is in a childs life and what kind of play helps to impower children and what kind helps them make sense of their world. Love it.
