A Wonderful Wednesday!

We met our friend Lucy and her boys, Gabriel, 6 and Sam, 31/2 at the Northmont Park in La Mesa on Wednesday and played and talked. My Lucy was a bit leary of playing with boys but after a bit she chased them to the rocks on the far side of the cool grassy field. Mummie Lucy and I sat and talked, what a pleasure it is to sit and talk with another grown up. Lucy is enjoying playing with other kids more and more and giving me the freedom to play with the mommies. In the afternoon we went to the Ocean Beach Farmer's Market and bought Organic kale, beets, garlic beans, onions, apples, lemons and carrots. Lucy rode a llama all by herself, 2x. And jumped in the bounce house, too. A friendly dad payed our way into the bounce house, I haven't been on the recieving end of random kindness in a long time, it was so small but so nice. We stopped and watched an old guy, Wayne, play old Irish music on the fiddle and talked with us about the Sazuki, not sure if I'm spelling that right, method of teaching music. Lucy wants to learn the violin, maybe we could learn together. I would love to learn to play a musical instrument again.
