When we were in SD I didn't have the camera and computer connected at home and just found some lost photos.
So here are a few things we did in SD:
We went to the Aquarium with Demetria.
Lucy rode the llamas at the OB farmers' market. Several times.
We had a sleepover at Quora's mountain getaway.
We went to Wild Animal Park with Violet, Olivia and Mandy.
And Seal Beach in La Jolla cove, isn't this a beautiful place!

Hi Amanda, gorgeous pics - the beach looks divine -
its wild & wooly here today. I imagine our beach looks more like a washing machine, i'm not brave enough to head down today, with a little one all croupy and sneezy. Maybe tomorrow.
Thanks for your thoughts about my painting - I'd love to do a book one day ( ahhhh - one day).
I dont really sell my paintings. I tend to give my art away, but then i get a bit shy about that too - so it ends up in a pile in my studio. Hah hah.
I tend to think of the whole process as a journey, hopefully soon i'll get really brave (after that beach walk) and let go of a few pieces -
let me know what you like and maybe i could do a little one to send you and Lucy.
Amanda, I am so happy to have rediscovered you! You and I had been in touch last summer and then I stopped blogging for awhile and restarted a few months ago. You are into Weton Price as well?! Cool! I just lost my raw milk source and am really missing our daily kefore smoothies. I credit coconut oil with keepng us all healthy all through the winter, until I took a (recent) break from all the intensive food prep. and then two in my family got sick! I have so much to catch up on, on your blog. I'll have to return soon.
mmmm :)
ok leave it with me......
Hi Amanda! I'm back to reading my favorite bloggers after a 2 wks hiatus. You know, this child birth thing got in the way. ;-)
Those are great photos! Glad you had fun with Mandy and her kids.
Interesting to know.
